I shaved my head 3 years ago when my Auntie was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I decided to share monthly hair updates as I grew out my hair. The first year of growing out my hair, I did no cuts, colors, or heat tools, just so we could see how my healthy natural hair could grow. Then on the two year mark I went to the salon for my first trim and color. I went to get my color touched up and darkened once after that and now here we are at our 3 year mark. I still use heat tools weekly and I plan to give myself an at home trim and then color my hair back to black. Stay tuned for my next hair video showing that process ????
