As the temperatures gradually dip here in Australia, and the mornings are dark once again, I find myself savoring the quietude before the sun rises once more ????

Today I thought I'd share with you my ideal morning routine as of lately. While the core elements remain the same, I aspire to build more consistency, particularly in activities that contribute to my well-being, such as exercise, exercise, and yes, exercise... ????
