➡️and YES! It works with regular polish! Just wait for the matte top coat to fully dry before rubbing in the eyeshadow.

HOW TO⤵️
Base coat/base color (optional)
1️⃣Matte top coat let fully dry (or cure for gel)
2️⃣Rub in eyeshadow (Highly pigmented eyeshadow shows up better. Otherwise it looks more pastel)
3️⃣Paint design using glossy top coat (Let dry or cure)
4️⃣Wipe with isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) or just wash your hands.
Done!
You can repeat steps 2,3,4 to add another color like I did if you want.
Optional add another layer of top coat over everything.
