a transformation of my greenies! It felt like so long ago ????

⚠️ Disclaimer: this is not medical advice, just sharing my own personal experience ⚠️

Greenies also known as pseudomonas, can be caused from a combination of lifting nail enhancements & moisture. In my case, my builder gel was lifting from my natural nails, & along with regular activities (hand washing, showering, etc) that created a perfect environment for the bacteria to grow.

I did NOT remove the gel properly, & ended up with some additional nail damage. I followed the advice of many kind nail techs, and left my nails dry & bare from any polishes. I ended up cutting off the affected parts as they grew.

For me, I did not experience any pain or spreading of the greenies, so it was a pretty simple journey of waiting for nail growth.

Hopefully, here's to no more greenies in the future! ????
