1. coat a generous amount of bond remover directly onto the keratin bond and let it sit for a couple of minutes
2. taking pliers, go around the bond to "crack" it until it is loose
3. gently pull the bond downwards; it should easily slide out. If it does not, apply more remover and go over it with the pliers again.
4. Follow up with a clarifying shampoo and deep conditioning mask. It's best to wait a few days before re-installing any extensions.
