How-To: Wavy Hair With Straightener | Shonagh Scott #Shorts

Here is how to achieve wavy hair using a straightening iron! Make sure to practice the technique without the heat to grasp how to rotate your straightener. Each section should be around the same width as the ceramic plates, no wider, and you want to always start by rotating the hair away from yourself at the root for added lift.
Once you have pulled an inch or two of hair through the hot plates while rotating in a downward fashion to create a bend in the hair, you then want to rotate the straightener underneath the hair to create a loop over the barrel and pull another inch or two through the hot plates to alternate the wave, then return to the starting position, repeating this two-step technique working your way down the length of the hair until you reach the end.
