Tbh I don’t think that people lie about their hair and what they’ve done to it. They often simply don’t understand how previous hair services can create results like this :/ That’s not their job. It’s our job as hairstylists to play detective sometimes. I hear way to many stories of people getting their hair fried off at salons.
